RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Income
Household must show at least three times the monthly rent in verifiable income to qualify.
Rental History & Tenant Verification
Tenant verification is an essential piece of the application process. We must be able to verify occupancy with your landlord and require a reference from a prior landlord.
Payment History
No evictions in the previous five (5) years and a favorable payment history as verified through landlord reference are required.
Credit Check
Credit reports are reviewed for applicants in the final stages of the rental process and are $30 per household adult. We carefully review your report rather than set a minimum credit score to qualify. Items such as student loans and medical accounts are less harmful than auto repossessions and landlord judgments.
